NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
To be held by Omniwatt Inc. regarding a Proposal to Engage in a Renewable Energy Project

Omniwatt Inc. is planning to engage in a renewable energy project in respect of which the issuance of a renewable energy approval is required. The proposal to engage in the project and the project itself is subject to the provisions of the Environmental Protection Act (“ACT”) Part V.0.1 and Ontario Regulation 359/09 (“Regulation”). This notice must be distributed in accordance with section 15 of the Regulation prior to an application being submitted and assessed for completeness by the Ministry of the Environment.

Project Description:
Pursuant to the Act and Regulation, the facility, in respect of which the project is to be engaged in, will be a ground mounted solar photovoltaic facility, classified under the Regulation as a Class 3 solar facility. If approved, this facility would have a total maximum name plate capacity of 9.9 MW. The project location is described in the attached maps.

Documents for Public Inspection: The facility will be comprised of approximately 45,000 polycrystalline solar panels, and ten DC-to-AC inverters / transformer housings. The panels will be arranged in a fixed, south-facing orientation and mounted upon stable, above ground racking systems. Interconnection of all on-site electrical components will be accomplished by way of underground cables.
